Biography:Takumi was born into a family of relative importance to the clan.His dad is a well known jonin or warrior.His mom is a sound medicial nin.His dad name is ryuu and his mom name is Harumi meaning spring beauty which she is, she's on of the hidden sound village most beutiful ninja.His dad was kind and gentle but worked hard and was harsh when he got mad.Though when takumi was troublesome but through the guidance of his grandfather and dad he has grown up to be a fine young man.WHen he was younger his parents where seperated and they still are.His mo ter still visits im and his father. He is a cool layed back boy who takes nothing from nobody.He is very lazy unless on missions.His iq is 158 so his is very smart.He will protect his friends at any cost.He can sometimes be crazy but thats only if made really mad but most of the time he is able to keep his cool.He is a very fun guy the ladies love him.He hates, more than anything, being underestimated or looked down upon by anyone he does not feel deserves to do so. He is very loyal but allows no one to take advantage of him.When raiden was most popular.Most of the kids liked him most were jealous.He learned th e lighting rod technique when he was a gennin this allowed him to pass up to jounin beacuse of his great choice making,him being very wise and his great skils.He is known very well beacuse of his lighting rod technique but he is also known for his Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique.He was also taught the lighting blade by kakashi when he was jounin so he could pass it down in his family.

I don't suggest you let anymore people be Jônin because than the site WILL die and it will be all chaos. Believe I've been through it enough to know.
